Dress has an attached coat that buttons at front waist in an empire style. Dress underneath is sleeveless....coat is attached at the shoulders. Coat crosses-over in front with 2 buttons. Coat is longer in back. Large roll-collar with chiffon roses attached. Colors on roses are ivory, peach and sage. Chiffon/mesh inserts and sleeves.
